It’s summer time. Most of people use this time to go to beach, sunbathing there, and many more. But one point that you must to consider when you are in beach is sunburn. The sun is very hot at this time and if you are not maintaining your skin, the sunburn will comes.
The sunburn is extremely uncomfortable. Your skin looks not good, bring the dry skin, and also can causing pain. Very uncomfortable.

Consume healthy food.
Eat some healthy foods and drink a lot of water everyday is very useful to make your body build the cure from inside for the sunburn. Avoid the dehydration with drink 8 glasses of water (minimum) a day and eat some nutritious food.
Wear light cloth.
Next and the last thing. Wear light clothing. It’s making another protection from the ultra violet radiation and useful to stop the irritation of your skin. It’s nice if you are wearing light cotton shirts with cloth pants.
Beware, don’t use some tool to peel the burnt skin if you didn’t know how to use it.
