It’s time for South Africa World Cup 2010 and was opened by a match between South Africa vs. Mexico with scores 1 – 1. Did you already have a favorite team? My favorite team is England. :D

Now in here, I wouldn’t talk about the football because I just knowing a little bit about it. But this could be a helpful thing especially for you who are came from abroad of South Africa to watch your country that competing in the World Cup.

It’s can not be denied that this world have bad and good things, bad and good people. So, what that you have to do is preparing to avoid the bad guy especially on South Africa. Here are some tips for it;

Firstly, you have to know where you are going before you step your first feet out from your room, especially at night.

For the safety way, bring personal guide that usually many hotels provide them. It’s useful to avoid some risky areas. But if the hotel is not provided them, do the safety first such as don’t wear flashy jewelry, don’t bring your stuff in your backpack, keep your wallet or phone safety in your pocket and try to keep it away from people’s eyes, or something like that. And if you meet people that you don’t know who are they, if they offers you a ride, or give you something, don’t accept it but one thing you have to do is reject it with the polite words. I’m pretty sure that you could avoid something bad after that.

Driving personal vehicle safety tips.

If you bring your own vehicle or hire it on somewhere in South Africa, take some simple precautionary measures to keep away from car hijackings or smashing and grabbing.

Precaution when you’re stopping at traffic lights or when you’re arriving or leaving any locations, the car doors must always be locked and for safety first your valuables are better saved in under the seats or in baggage.

And this is the most important thing, planning your route first, find some information about the place and which the safety route to get there from the hotel or local police.

Money safety tips.

I’m pretty sure that if you on go traveling aboard, you only bring a little cash money and you also bring credit card with, am I right? If I’m right, you do the right thing but split them in different place such as cash money in your pocket and credit card in wallet, or something like that, its all up to you where you want to keep it. It’s can avoid if you are get stolen, for example if you keep your cash money and your credit card in a wallet, your wallet got stolen, and lost all of them. Just for a preparing, consider it.

Another hand is using ATM service. If you run out of your cash, you will go to ATM to take cash money. If you got some problems with your transaction with the ATM, find help from the bank to solve it and don’t accept an offer from stranger who wants to help you.

OK guys, that’s all. Hopefully can be a helpful thing. Happy enjoying South Africa World Cup 2010.
