Ramadan, people especially Muslims have to keep them from their own desires such as consuming food and sexual relations at a certain time limit, starting before dawn until sunset to improve their spiritual and get more closer to Allah.
Then, usually most people rush to fill their stomachs after hearing the mark-end of fasting each day, did ya? In facts, it’s not good for your stomach, your body will be “surprised” and can lead to stomach a prolonged illness. I’m sure you don’t want it happened. Well, in here i want to give you a safely tip to continue eating after fasting. This tip could be useful too for you who do fast in order to spill a few pounds and detox of your body.
Firstly, prepare these things:
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- A Blender
- A Juicer
- Store bought juice / dead juice
Start to consume dead juice after the breaking-time is coming. Dead juice known as store bought juice, you can find it at store, yes surely. Most of the enzymes on dead juice has been sterilized. It will makes your digestive system back to normal, which when the fasting time it has not worked like usually.
Then, after all content of your body felt the juice, you can eat the fruits. My advice, choose the fruits which has high moisture and less binding like oranges or watermelon. After you eat that fruits, if you fell you have to go to bathroom, it’s a good sign. It means your digestive system back to work again as normally.
Next is adding a variety of vegetables in the juice and fruits. At this point, with the combined of that three components, your body will get a high intake of sugar contents. Give your body mild vegetables like cucumbers and carrots and don’t consume vegetables like garlic or broccoli or another vegetables which might cause gas.
Well, this time your body is ready to accept some real food. But, keep in your mind that, choose some healthy foods like whole grains or foods which have good bacteria for this point. You can take yogurt for an example. Mix yogurt, fruits, and juice could be great food. Juice vegetables and fruits as the dessert. Yummy.
This should keep in your mind:
- Make sure that your body is full of water. What I meant is drinking lots of water in order to keep fluids in your body during fasting.
- Don’t over to eat something even it’s healthy foods. When you do fast, your stomach is shrinking and its ability to obtain food are also shrinking.
