We take every precaution to ensure that we deliver a quality product to you. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please call us for information on how to return the product for a full refund.

Frog City Cheese is a year round business. We will process your orders anytime. Cheese is produced from early Spring through late Fall. Our retail shop is open daily, 9:30-5:00, from Memorial Day to the end of October. From November and up to the Christmas holiday we open the store M-F for limited hours. After the holiday season we are open on a limited basis and sell just our cheese and Vermont maple products, so do call ahead if you are making a special trip. Please let us know when you are going to be in the area and we can open the door just for you!
